Caldonazzo
It is a typical village of this valley, situated on the southern bank of the homonym lake, the biggest natural lake bacine of Trentino, so that in past times its wealth of fishes assured work to many fishers.
Caldonazzo extends on the area of the Torrent Centa until the northern side of Mount Cimon and Mount Pegolara.
Characteristic is the way Kaiserjäger, built in past times from Austrian, that leads to Lavarone. It offers nice landscapes on the plane of Caldonazzo, with its multicoloured fields, meadows and orchards.
In Caldonazzo it is possible to visit the church of S. Sisto, and the Magnifica Corte palace, seat of the Court of Earls Trapp dating back to 1500.
