The San Martino di Castrozza - Passo Rolle ski area enjoys a unique position in the Dolomites, in the Paneveggio Pale di S. Martino Nature Park. The pistes extend for over 60 km at altitudes of between 1404 and 2357 m within unique natural scenery. There are pistes for all levels, all wide, well prepared and rarely overcrowded. All in all there are 25 skilifts.
San Martino di Castrozza, this now renewed ski resort offers modern lifts and long slopes. Alpine ski, nordic ski, cross-country and snowboard are also available.
At Passo Rolle (9 km from San Martino – reachable by ski-bus in 20 minutes) you'll find 15 km of tracks from 1900 to 2200 metres in altitude with 5 chair-lifting systems and a ski-lift. Tracks range from easy to tough, from short to long. The snow conditions (natural and, when necessary, artificial) are perfect from the end of November to the end of April.

 

 

S. Martino di Castrozza. The shortest and easiest tracks in this centre wind over a plain that crosses a biotope; the more difficult ones snake through the fir woods in the Paneveggio Pale di S. Martino Nature Park.
