Nordic walking is a new healthy and easy sport, practiced outdoor alone or with others. It brings together the benefits of sport and pure fun and relax. Right for this reason, it is spreading worldwide. It is perhaps best described as cross-country skiing without the skis (or the snow!).

The two nordic walking parks in Val di Sole feature 21 itineraries distributed between Val di Pejo and Val di Rabbi. They cross the Stelvio National Park and are divided by difficulty levels and natural environment.

All together 129.6 km parted in 68.5 km in Val di Peio (4 black itineraries, 2 red and 4 blue) and 61.1 km in Val di Rabbi (3 black itineraries, 6 red and 2 blue). Difficulty: blue - easy, red - medium difficulty, black - more difficult.
