Nordic Walking
Fiemme Vitality Park
To relax body and soul, Val di Fiemme proposes the Fiemme Vitality Park, stretched between the locations Lago di Tesero and the intermediate station of the cabin lift Alpe Cermis, in the valley floor. There are about 60 kms of flat and some slightly downhill trails to walk with special pools. Regular walking becomes a highly effective full body training without big effort. The paths are marked within the park and on information boards are illustrated the technique of Nordic walking as well as stretching exercises. Many training paths are in the park and Nordic walking instructors are on disposal to teach for free. While practising Nordic walking, it is possible to receive information about the flora and fauna and geology from the satellite navigator “Sentieri Vivi”. This “palm handheld computer” can be hired in Fiemme’s Tourist Boards. The palm is free of charge, if staying in recommended “Sentieri Vivi” Hotels.
