Downhill ski

The valley of the famous Marcialonga, the International Cross-Country Race taking place in January, offers more than 100 km of slopes, modern ski-lifts and a single skipass Superskitour to ski in 5 skiareas in the area Fiemme/Obereggen: Alpe Cermis, Ski Center Latemar, Bellamonte-Alpe Lusia, Passo Rolle and Passo Oclini.

The Superskitour is an original and attended ski tour that enables you to discover different villages and its environmental, geologic, historic and gastronomic characteristics every day.
The Ski Center Latemar is the heart of the tour "the coral mountain" and offers 40 km of slopes of different levels with 17 modern ski-lifts. The part of Obereggen presents the "pope del Latemar", a tour into the origins of the Dolomites, while Alpe Cermis, with 10 slopes and 9 ski-lifts, offers the tour in the "wood of violins".
The Superskitour goes on with the tour "in the fairy-world" in the area of Bellamonte-Alpe Lusia; the skiareas Passo Rolle and Passo Oclini are also very fascinating.

Cross country Ski

Val di Fiemme, the cradle of XC-skiing in the southern Alps, was the first resort in Italy to host the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1991 and for the second time in 2003. The valley offers XC-skiers a wide range of tracks: the enormous plateau of Passo Lavazé, with more than 50 kms of well groomed tracks is favourable for its altitude (1600-2000 m) to ski until March/April; XC-centre at Lago di Tesero with the World Champioship tracks; Bellamonte (1400 m) and the loops near Predazzo, Ziano, Masi di Cavalese and Molina di Fiemme; also to mention the Marcialonga tracks (70 kms.) where since three decades at the end of January the popular XC-marathon has been held with start in Moena and finish line in Cavalese.
