Nordic walking is a new healthy and easy sport, practiced outdoor alone or with others. It brings together the benefits of sport and pure fun and relax. Right for this reason, it is spreading worldwide. It is perhaps best described as cross-country skiing without the skis (or the snow!).
16 itineraries covering a total of 105.3 km: 8 on the Folgaria Plateau (53.3 km – two blue routes, five red and one black), 5 on the Lavarone Plateau (28 km - one blue route, three red and one black) and 3 on the Luserna Plateau (24 km - one blue route, one red and one black).
Difficulty: blue - easy, red - medium difficulty, black - more difficult.
