Nordic Walking in FolgariaThe Nordic Walking, a new and healthy sport activity coming from Finland, arrives finally in Trentino. Already 6 millions people all around the world do this sport, finally landed at Trentino, the ideal area to do it thanks to the beautiful mountains and the wonderful paths characterizing the natural environment. The Nordic Walking is more than a simple walk, since it makes you burn up more calories and move more muscles, carrying out a good action on the cardiovascular system. Around 20 years ago, some Finnish cross -country skis athletes decided to train in summer time walking on the green fields with the usual rockets, giving birth to this new sport. The equipment has been improving a lot and even the Nordic Walking lovers have been increasing very much in the last years. 

Nordic Walking Park in Folgaria, Lavarone, Luserna: 16 itineraries covering a total of 105.3 km: 8 on the Folgaria Plateau, 5 on the Lavarone Plateau and 3 on the Luserna Plateau. 

Nordic Walking Arco Park in Garda Trentino: in Riva del Garda was set up the Anwi, the Italian Nordic Walking Association and a Nordic Walking Park is set right in Garda trentino, on the area surrounding Riva del Garda and Arco, with 15 itineraries for a total of 100 km. 

Fiemme Vitality Park: to relax body and soul, Val di Fiemme proposes the Fiemme Vitality Park, stretched between the locations Lago di Tesero and the intermediate station of the cabin lift Alpe Cermis, in the valley floor. There are about 60 kms of flat and some slightly downhill trails to walk with special pools.

2 Nordic Walking Parks in Val di Sole: the two nordic walking parks in Val di Sole feature 21 itineraries distributed between Val di Pejo and Val di Rabbi. They cross the Stelvio National Park and are divided by difficulty levels and natural environment. All together 129.6 km parted in 68.5 km in Val di Peio and 61.1 km in Val di Rabbi.
